The Tumushuke Cultural and Sports Activity Center, as a new cultural landmark for the city, aims to establish itself as a modern, multi-functional venue capable of hosting a wide range of large-scale artistic performances, sporting events, and commercial activities. Seamlessly integrating a novel technology like the Kinetic Holographic Fan system into the venue's existing architecture was a primary challenge. This required not only precise structural load-bearing calculations and complex mechanical installation but also addressing the stability and safety of high-altitude deployment. minimalist stage aesthetics.
Furthermore, ensuring the holographic visuals remained clear and impactful with a glasses-free 3D effect within the venue's expansive space and complex ambient lighting was a core technical hurdle.As a multi-purpose venue, the lighting system needed to adapt swiftly to vastly different event scenarios, from formal government conferences to high-energy music festivals.
The challenge was to provide a visual content library that could convey grand narratives as well as match pop culture aesthetics, while also ensuring that venue technicians could master operations with minimal training to achieve efficient content switching and custom programming.
The project demanded more than just installing 'moving screens.' The objective was to perfectly synchronize the holographic fans with traditional stage lighting (such as beam and wash lights) and the audio system to form a complete, organic sensory experience. Achieving precise synchronization between virtual holograms, real-world lighting, and musical rhythms—thus avoiding any technical disconnect and creating captivating moments that fully engage the audience—was a significant creative and coordinative challenge.

We designed a dedicated truss mounting structure and deployed a centralized control system based on the Art-Net protocol. This system not only allows for independent control over each fan's movement, rotation, and content playback but also interfaces seamlessly with the venue's existing lighting console, enabling unified command and management of all visual elements.
We tailored an initial library of visual assets for the center, featuring diverse themes like starry skies, dragons, phoenixes, and technological particles. More importantly, we provided an intuitive content management software that allows operators to easily import and edit 2D videos or 3D animated assets.
Through a one-week on-site training program, we empowered the client's team to autonomously create unique visual effects tailored to any event's needs.The core of our solution lies in its powerful timecode synchronization capabilities.
