Our Kinetic Light Operation Process and Instructions

01. Short-Term Performance Support (1-2 technical personnel on-site during the performance)

▪ On-Duty Requirements: Arrive at the post in advance, and check the equipment status (e.g., luminaire screws, circuit connectors).

 

Monitor the lighting effect in real time during the performance and handle sudden problems (e.g., "If a luminaire suddenly goes out → check the power supply/signal cable, and switch to a backup luminaire if restarting is ineffective").

 

Turn off the equipment after the performance (in the sequence of "luminaires → power of distribution boxes → main power") and clean the site.

Short-Term Performance Support - FENG-YI

02. Long-Term Maintenance Services (Implemented in accordance with the contract after the performance)

Regular Inspection

▪ Daily Inspection: Visit the site to check "whether the luminaire screws are loose, whether the circuits are aging, and whether the heat dissipation is normal," clean the luminaire lenses (with lint-free cloth + alcohol), and test the DMX signal.

▪ In-Depth Maintenance: Replace aging components (e.g., lamp beads and power cables used for more than 3 years), upgrade the console software, and calibrate the lifting light motor (to ensure stable lifting).

Maintenance Records

▪ Output a Maintenance Report after each inspection, mark "equipment status, maintenance content, and next maintenance time," and send it to the customer.

03. Our After-Sales Support (7×24-hour response)

Provide remote guidance within 1 hour; if the problem cannot be solved remotely, send personnel to the site within 24 hours (in urban areas)/48 hours (in remote areas).
