The project spans a total area of 1,500 square meters, featuring multiple functional zones including the main dance floor, VIP rooms, corridors, and art installation areas. The major challenge involved limitations of the existing building structure, a renovated old factory, with constraints on ceiling height and load-bearing capacity. After multiple site surveys, FENG-YI's engineering team innovatively proposed a "distributed load-bearing" solution, ensuring safety while achieving the desired effect through multiple dispersed support points.
02. Timeline Pressure
With only 45 days from contract signing to opening, FENG-YI activated a "rapid response mechanism," running design, production, and installation in parallel. The R&D team finalized all custom equipment designs within one week, the production line operated double shifts, and installation teams worked concurrently in different zones, completing all installation and debugging three days ahead of schedule.
03. Quality Assurance
FENG-YI strictly adhered to its quality management system throughout. Each unit underwent at least three rounds of testing. After installation, a continuous 72-hour stress test was conducted to ensure stable operation under demanding conditions like high temperature and humidity.
