In the field of high-end stage visual design, client demand for dynamic spatial and immersive experiences is growing, and static lighting setups are increasingly inadequate for cutting-edge event creativity. To tangibly demonstrate our technical capabilities in the competitive international market, we decided to implement a dynamic demonstration system in our core company showroom, centered around the Lift System Laser Cutter.
This project stemmed from a clear strategic insight: we needed to prove to global clients that we provide not just products, but complete solutions for mastering the movement of light in three-dimensional space. Traditional product displays only show the fixture's "final state," failing to convey the dramatic tension created by its "motion process."
This project aims to transform the showroom itself into a live, adaptable demonstration stage. Ensuring Absolute Stability and Silent Operation: Any slight vibration or stutter is magnified infinitely by the sharp laser beams and graphics, severely compromising the visual experience. Furthermore, mechanical noise is unacceptable in the quiet, face-to-face context of a showroom. We had to deeply customize the lift mechanism, utilizing servo motors coupled with precision gearboxes and silent rails, and develop proprietary motion control algorithms to achieve feather-light and noiseless movement.

Maintaining Beam Calibration and Focus During Motion: As the laser cutter moves, its distance and angle relative to the projection surface constantly change. Traditional fixed calibration would cause graphic distortion and loss of focus. We developed a real-time dynamic optical compensation system that uses internal sensor feedback to minutely adjust the laser engine's optical components throughout the travel range, ensuring consistent beam sharpness and graphic accuracy from the highest to the lowest point.
