Indian Valmik Museum is a very famous and prestigious local museum. The total area of the museum more than 1,000 square meters, with three floors for tourists to visit and learn. DLB Kinetic lights recently completed the lighting design for the Valmiki Museum, creating a pure and engaging atmosphere. We designed the lighting according to the style and main content of the entire museum. We not only want to make the overall atmosphere generous and concise, but also integrate into the core content of the museum. Such lighting design is a new challenge for DLB's design team and R&D team.
In the reception hall, we designed different kinetic devices that remove feathers: Kinetic feather. Kinetic Feather transforms the Valmiki Museum into a peaceful and spiritual place with its unique understanding of space, form and light. Using a minimalist design language and natural elements, we created a space filled with light and art, allowing visitors to immerse themselves in India’s deep culture and history. In order to minimize the impact on the environment, our designers used sustainable and environmentally friendly materials and technologies in the design process of Kinetic feather. This makes the Valmiki Museum not only a cultural venue but also an example of environmental protection and social responsibility.
