01. Short-Term Performance Support

▪ On-Duty Requirements: Arrive at the post in advance and check the equipment status (e.g., luminaire screws, circuit connectors).

 

▪ Monitor the lighting effect in real time during the performance and handle sudden problems (e.g., "If a luminaire suddenly goes out, check the power supply/signal cable and switch to a backup luminaire if restarting is ineffective").

 

▪ Turn off the equipment after the performance (in the sequence of "luminaires → power of distribution boxes → main power") and clean the site.

02. Long-Term Maintenance Services

Regular Inspection

▪ Daily Inspection: Visit the site to check "whether the luminaire screws are loose, whether the circuits are aging, and whether the heat dissipation is normal," clean the luminaire lenses (with lint-free cloth + alcohol), and test the DMX signal.

▪ In-Depth Maintenance: Replace aging components (e.g., lamp beads and power cables used for more than 3 years), upgrade the console software, and calibrate the lifting light motor (to ensure stable lifting).

Maintenance Records

▪ Output a Maintenance Report after each inspection, mark "equipment status, maintenance content, and next maintenance time," and send it to the customer.

03. Our After-Sales Support
