The exhibition required the simultaneous and coordinated operation of over ten different DLB lifting products, placing extreme demands on system stability and synchronization accuracy. The movement trajectories, lifting speeds, and lighting effects of diverse products needed to maintain perfect sync in a complex live environment, where even minor deviations could compromise the overall impact.

The entire preparation timeline—from shipping exhibits and booth construction to system debugging—was tight. We faced the challenge of installing, positioning, and programming a large number of devices within a limited timeframe, while ensuring each product's performance was optimized, severely testing the project team's execution efficiency.

As a multinational collaboration, close coordination with our North American partner, GlowMotion, was essential on details like booth design and presentation plans. Cross-time zone collaboration and language differences added communication challenges, necessitating the establishment of highly efficient information-sharing mechanisms.

We deployed our self-developed intelligent control system, utilizing an integrated architecture for centralized management of all DLB lifting products.
