◉ Project Background
The 65kg Kinetic DMX winch provided reliable support throughout the performance, delivering agile and precise lifting movements in perfect coordination with holographic projection and the dancers' choreography. Together, they vividly brought to life the free-spirited elegance and uninhibited charm of the "Cosmic Poet." During scene transitions, the hoist enabled rapid reset and precise repositioning, ensuring a seamless transition between the "Mountains & Seas" and "Constellations" chapters.

As a professional provider of kinetic touring lighting systems, we deployed 42 units of 65kg Kinetic DMX Winches as the core lifting power for the “Yuyan” (Roof Eave) lighting structure and the venue’s kinetic micro-hoist lighting system. Each winch was engineered for silent, precise, and synchronized vertical movement, enabling the complex spatial transformations required by the production.
The winch array drove cascading and suspended lighting movements, harmonizing with Liu Yu’s choreography to create the elegant, free-flowing aesthetic inspired by traditional Chinese culture. Through timecode-synchronized DMX network integration, the system achieved seamless transitions between the traditional “Mountain & Sea Chapter” and the modern “Constellation Chapter”, delivering a dynamic stage experience where motion, music, and visual storytelling converged.
