The stage of "Music Connection Project" is more than just a backdrop for a concert. Designed as an intelligent narrative space capable of "programming emotions", it translates the abstract Eastern philosophy of "yuan" (connection/destiny) into a precise, vivid, and ever-changing modern visual language. This is the core concept of in-depth co-creation between the Fengyi Stage Technology Team and the Jiangsu TV director group: to make technology the most reliable and flexible "mother tongue" in artistic expression.
I. Conceptual Framework: From Philosophical Symbol to Dynamic Machinery
The overall plan originated from a core proposition: How to visualize the concept of "yuan"? We broke away from two-dimensional planes and turned to three-dimensional dynamic sculpture. At the center of the stage, a giant "Yuan Ring" device precisely driven by numerical control motors is the soul of the entire design. It is not a fixed decoration, but a "performer" with multi-degree-of-freedom movement capabilities—it can lift as a whole, open and close in sections, and even rotate at an angle. The design of its mechanical structure strictly follows the philosophical imagery of "Heaven is round" in Eastern aesthetics, while ensuring absolute stability and silence in every movement.
II. Technical Hub: A Unified "Time-Space Programming" System
The key to realizing this vision lies in an independently developed central "time-space programming" control system. It integrates all elements on the stage—including 384 numerically controlled profile spotlights, every servo motor of the giant "Yuan Ring", the high-altitude beam matrix, and the floor screen video—into the same timeline coordinate system. This means that what lighting designers create is not just a Cue, but a "four-dimensional time-space program package" that includes spatial coordinates, motion trajectories, light color parameters, and video content.
III. Effect Realization: Logical Generation of Customized Emotions
This system endows creation with unprecedented freedom. For example, when expressing the classical chapter of "bosom friends meeting", the program we wrote is: as the first note of the guzheng sounds, the "Yuan Ring" device rotates slowly at an extremely low speed; at the same time, the numerically controlled profile spotlights emit narrow-angle beams precise to 15 degrees, simulating the effect of moonlight filtering through window lattices, with the color temperature strictly controlled at 2700K, creating a quiet sense of "dialogue".
In the passionate movement eulogizing the "great national connection", the program logic is completely rewritten. We triggered a macro command: the "Yuan Ring" quickly lifts and expands powerfully within 3 seconds; at the same time, all profile spotlights zoom to 50 degrees, outputting high-saturation Chinese red, and the beam movement trajectory switches from "slowly flowing" to "firmly sweeping upward", forming resonance with the surging rivers in the video. This synchronous drastic change from micro light spots to macro machinery cannot be achieved in real time and precisely with traditional stage technology.

Can accessories (e.g., power cords, DMX signal cables, lamp beads) be purchased separately after the lights have been used for many years?
Separate purchase of accessories is supported. Common accessories (power cords, signal cables, standard lamp beads) are in stock and will be shipped within 1-3 days after ordering. Special accessories (e.g., hydraulic pumps for elevating lights, XY-axis motors for moving head lights) need to be reserved 3-5 days in advance. The after-sales team can provide accessory installation guidance (e.g., sending installation videos).

The fixture does not respond to the DMX controller. How to fix it?
Resolve with these checks:
1. DMX Address & Channels: Ensure the fixture’s starting address is correct (e.g., 34CH fixture 1: A001, fixture 2: A035) and the controller’s channel count ≥ total fixture channels.
2. Signal Wiring: Use shielded twisted-pair DMX cables (≤150m); install a 120Ω terminal resistor between pins 2-3 of the last fixture’s XLR connector.
3. Signal Amplification: For cable lengths >150m, add a DMX signal amplifier to avoid signal loss; separate DMX cables from high-voltage power cables (≥1m apart) to prevent interference.

What logistics method is used by default for products? What is the delivery time for different regions in China?
Dedicated line logistics (e.g., Anneng, Best Express) is used by default. Express delivery (e.g., SF Express, JD Express) or full-truck transportation can also be arranged according to customer needs. Delivery time:
▪ East China/South China/Central China: 3-5 days.
▪ North China/Southwest China: 5-7 days.
▪ Northeast China/Northwest China: 7-10 days.
▪ Remote areas (e.g., Xinjiang, Tibet): 10-15 days, with an additional remote area freight charge (calculated by weight, specific details to be confirmed with the logistics department).

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for OEM services? What materials need to be provided?
The MOQ for OEM services varies by product type: ≥ 50 units for a single model of conventional lights, and ≥ 20 units for a single model of large equipment such as elevating lights/moving head lights. The following materials need to be provided: the brand trademark registration certificate (or authorization letter), and vector graphics of the OEM logo (AI format is preferred). If modifications to the product manual content (e.g., brand information, contact details) are required, the final version of the text materials must be provided.
